These Terms govern your use of WECOPIT. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What WECOPIT does

WECOPIT enables users to express interest in products at target prices, combines demand and may seek offers from sellers. Submitting or joining a COP is an expression of interest and does not itself create a purchase contract.

2. No guaranteed deal

We do not guarantee that a seller will accept a target price, that a deal will be secured, that a product will remain available, or that any displayed third-party price will remain current. A COP may close, change or end without a successful deal.

3. Purchases from sellers

Unless WECOPIT expressly states otherwise, any eventual purchase is made from the relevant seller and is subject to that seller's terms, availability, payment, delivery, warranty and returns conditions. WECOPIT does not become the seller merely by facilitating or communicating an offer.

4. Your information

You must provide accurate information and use an email address you are authorised to use. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, submit fraudulent or misleading requests, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service in a manner that harms it, or use WECOPIT for unlawful purposes.

6. Product and price information

Product names, images, prices and seller information may originate from third parties. We aim to present useful information but do not warrant that third-party information is complete, error-free or continuously current. You should verify material purchase information before completing a transaction.

7. Intellectual property

WECOPIT's branding, software, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Service availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features as the service develops. We may also restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or maintenance.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, WECOPIT is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party seller conduct, or losses arising solely from inaccurate third-party product information or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as WECOPIT develops. The current version and effective date will be published here.
